Product Description

The FP027 is equipped with a bottom-mounted film holder for use packaging fragile, irregular or heavy products which need to be supported by the wrapping material. This model has been especially designed for modified atmosphere packaging, thanks to the airtight sealing of packages obtained through the box motion sealing system. Together with the combined use of motors and linear actuators in the managing of the transverse sealing unit, allows packages with an aesthetically pleasing design through the use of gussets, and high level pack rate performance. The cantilevered frame and easy access reduce to a minimum the need for maintenance and cleaning interventions. Capable of pack rates up to 100 per minute.  Uses – heat seal-able polypropylene, polyester, foiled or cellophane type single wound films and film can be printed or plain. Powder coated finish or stainless steel.   Max product dimensions of  Width 350mm, Height 180mm.  Physical dimensions 5400mm long x 1320mm deep x 1750mm high. Weight 1300kg.
