Product Description
The advantage of this system for mailing or distribution is the three sided seal, rather than the traditional crimp seal. The MP3S utilizes a fin seal system so products have an aesthetically pleasing finish. Improved presentation, less film usage, and the ability to run PE, OPP or Polyolefin Shrink Film, make this an ideal system for printers, mailing distribution centers, CD manufacturers, or publishers. Capable of rates up to 120 per minute. Single wound film can be printed or plain. Optional extras include: automatic magazine in-feeder, Output collector, labeling or coding systems, or pair this with a Rapid Shrink Tunnel for shrink film finish. Powder coated standard, or stainless steel optional. Max product dimensions of Width 80mm – 210mm, Length 130mm – 290mm, Height 3mm – 13mm. Physical dimensions 4800mm long x 850mm deep x 1650mm high.
