Product Description
Seal bed 1800mm x 500mm with PLC controlled seal, 4 electromagnets, gravity feed roller infeed and outfeed rollers. Driven Film inverter to assist with product loading. Single phase 10amps.
This machine was designed for heavy paper or material rolls, the specification meant that the rolls transition from a slitting machine by an operator, who continues the movement into the L-Bar Sealer, the operator then rolls in the next roll, with the completed roll being pushed off into a Rapid Seal Shrink Tunnel. This machine was designed to operate at speeds of up to 6 packs per minute.
